prague hotels : I just got back from Prague and there are definitely a million hotelsthese days. You need to decide where you want to stay and that may be thebiggest questions. We stayed in the Old Town area just two blocks fromthe Old Town Square. It was absolutely marvelous. We booked the hotelthrough B&B Agency in Prague while we were in Salzburg. (E-mail Talk to Marie Babakova. She met us at the hotel andeverything, it was great. We paid consideralble though (~150US/night -three people plus breakfast). If I had to do it over I would book the hotel myself but for a first timeyou should definitely use someone who knows the area and can put you inthe area you prefer. The town is pretty crazy to get along in so you needto think about it.My husband and i will be traveling to Prague on May 17 for maybe 5 nights.We need a clean nice hotel near the center of town for maybe $150USD. Cananyone recommend anything to me. Thank you, SusanI am looking for advice for hotels and things to do in Prague in June. Anyhelp will be appreciated.

prague hotels : Does anyone have any comments regarding the overal quality and cleanlinessof a 3 star hotel in Praha 1 in general?I have been offered the Hotel Merkur for $157 EUR/night for four of us.Traveling with a family of 4 leaves me searching for good value. It seemshigh for 3 stars...but maybe I have to adjust my thinking?Would your comments be applicable also to Austria, and Italy as well?As I said in a different post, unlike food, drink and entertainment, hotels in Prague ARE expensive, especially if they are a 5 minute walk from the historic Old Town.
