I can boot Linux in my office and all is well. I can bootLinux at my company's office, and all is well. An STSN engineer who just happens to be a fellow Linux geek emailed me with the solution.Boot Linux and configure network using the static ip address andnetwork info gathered from dos. marriott hotels : Anyone out there ever stay at Orlando Marriott Hotel at the airport orthe Orlando World Center Resort? How do they compare with the hotelson International Drive? I have no experience with the above mentioned resorts, but my (extended)family (about ten of us in all) stayed at the Marriot Residence Inn. Large,spacious, comfortable rooms (equipped with kitchen), dirt cheap (we bookedtwo suites well in advance) and they even include a decent breakfast! Fora family who wants to keep costs down without sacrficing quality orconvenience, its a great option. I highly recommend it. We stayed at a variety of other hotels and resorts during our trip inFlorida, but even those costing twice as much (or more!) weren't as good,IMO.I've stayed in them all - and the Orlando World Center Resort is byfar the nicest, and also the most expensive. It's got a wonderfulpool with several waterfalls and it's surrounded by jacuzzis, etc.Also a good snack bar. It's only a very short drive from the entranceto Epcot. Definitely up-scale, first-class resort-type stuff.The Airport Marriott is, well, an Airport Marriott. It's also the furthest from Disney Stuff. Ho-hum.
