I'll admit my lastCOMDEX was a few years ago, but even then I was getting $19 rooms at NevadaLanding during the week. On weekend nights, I think it went up to a whopping$39/night. Add in the cheap prime rib dinners, have a good rental car, and itreally saved a lot of money.How is Circus running Nevada Landing at times other than COMDEX? Theyrunning the prices up, or they still a steal? It's been about two yearssince I've been to LAS, but I've always gotten deals at the landing ... (Idon't know how many times I've stayed there ... friends fiancee even won$5000 there [slots] on the last trip).-----== Posted via Deja News, The Leader in Internet Discussion ==----- Create Your Own Free Member ForumThey've been charging for local calls for some time in someplaces, and some of them charge per minute for local calls.That's a good idea if they actually give you the first 30 minutesfree. But I've stayed in Pittsburgh where they charge for localcalls that are farther away than 2 miles (Who knows how far awaythe access number is?). And where they charge extra if you usethe little coffee pot in your room (although I took the extra teabag at dinner and made tea and they didn't charge for that). Andof course there are the mini-bars which are IMHO a maxi-rip off.
